My New Year's Resolution for 2015

Hi, Guys!
It is the last day of 2014. 2014 has brought lot of changes and memories for me. I have grown as a person. I can't wait to see what 2015 has in store for me. I wish for everyone reading this post to have their best year in 2015!

Here are some of my New Year's Resolution for 2015. Some may be cliche, and some may be personal. However, all of them are goals that I want to stick to, even after the first initial three days! They are not in any particular order by the way,

  • Eat Healthy, workout, and lose weight - The most classic resolution that can be made by anyone. Everyone resolves to do it every year. However, I really do want to lose weight. I'll be honest, I am not the thinnest person in the world, nor am I the fittest person. While, I do want to lose weight for aesthetic purpose, I do want to become more healthier in general. I think I might do a post or a video trying to track my journey into it, because I think that might help me stay motivated more.
  • Stop procrastinating/ put in more effort - This is also another classic resolution made by people. However, I really do need to stop pushing everything till last minute. I also want to put in more effort especially for school.
  • Write and upload more blog posts and videos - I want to post at least once a week on the blog and two videos a week on my youtube channel. I do want to start writing more opinion piece on my blog as well.
  • Clean my room - My room is honestly so dirty right now, with random things all over the place. I really need to clean it. Also, I want to film a room tour sometime in the future.
  • Read more - I honestly don't know why I have stopped reading. I used to love reading before and now I barely read. I definitely want to change that and start reading some more.
These are some of my New Year's Resolution for 2015. What are your resolutions for 2015. There is officially less than an hour left in 2014 for me. Happy New Year and I hope you guys have nothing but the best in 2015 !

Unboxing: Walmart Beuaty Box Winter 2014

Hi, Guys !
I am writing this post on Christmas Day, so Merry Christmas!
I hope you guys had and are having a wonderful time with friends and family.

Today, I am finally sitting down to write a post on Walmart Beauty Box Winter 2014 edition. Walmart Beauty Box is pretty new subscription service. It is delivered four times a year (once every season) and you only have to pay $5 for shipping. This is their second box (it started with the Fall 2014 edition). It seems like there are two versions of the box, one for under 35 and another for over 35. I received the one for under 35 (I am 20, if you didn't know).

Sign up for the box here: https://beautybox.walmart.com/

Here are the content of my box:

Inside the box is:
  • Olay Fresheffects Makeup removal wipes (travel size) - I actually just ran out of my makeup wipes, so this couldn't have came at perfect time. It does the job and doesn't smell funky, so I am glad to have it. But it defintately does not beat the Skin Food's makeup wipes which is my all time favorite.
  • Loreal Oleo Therapy Shampoo and Conditioner (travel size) - It says it is for dull, dry or damaged hair. My hair is definitely damaged, so I am happy to have this.
  • Jergens BB Body Perfecting Skin Cream (travel size) - I tried this product from Birchbox before and I didn't really like it.
  • Nivea Cocoa Butter Body Lotion (coupon and foil packet) - This is a new product from Nievea and am actually really excited to be able to try it, even though it is only a foil packet. I am also happy that they included a coupon.
  • Maybelline Dream Wonder Powder (Coupon and texture trying packet) - This is just a coupon on Maybelline Dream Wonder products or any of their face products.
  • Maybelline Colorsensational Lipstick in Maple Kiss (full size) - This is my favorite item of the box. And this lipstick alone, pays for $5 shipping, as it retails for around $5 at Walmart. It is a pretty brownish nude and I am obessed with this lipstick right now.
Here are some pictures of the lipstick:

So, that's all I got in my Walmart Beauty Box Winter 2014 edition. Are you guys subscribed to Walmart Beauty Box? What did you think of this box? Leave me a comment down below !

Birchbox and Ipsy December 2014

Hi, Guys !
I can't believe it's Christmas Eve. It doesn't really feel like Christmas is near.
Christmas isn't really big in my family anyway. I know that might be shocking to some people, but my family is just not that into holidays in general.

Anyway, I just uploaded a new video on my channel !
I finally filmed my December Birchbox and Ipsy 2014 video.
In case, you guys don't know, Birchbox and Ipsy is $10 a month beauty subscription service. You usually get 4 to 5 sample or deluxe size beauty products. It really is a fun way to try new products.

Check it out here:

Daily Bits:

  • My December Favorites will be up sometime before the New Year and it will be the last video of 2014.
  • Yesterday, I accidentally cut my middle finger while cutting lemon and it made me realize how hard it is to type with band aids over my middle finger.
  • Tomorrow I will be writing a blog post on my Walmart Beauty Box.

Candle Review: Vanilla Snowflake

Hi, Guys !
I feel like NYC is confused on weather to be cold or not.
It feels cold one week and feels warm another.

Also, my semester is almost ending.
I have to write 2 papers and pull off a decent grade on my German final by next Monday. When are you guys off from school (if you are a student)?

Last Friday, Bath & Body Works had a sale on their 3 wicked candles for $8 each. I am not a huge candle person, but I thought 'Why not take a look since they are having a huge sale?' And I am so glad that I decided to take a look because I think I found my perfect winter scent. I usually don't like most of the winter scents, because I feel like they are a bit too cinnamony. They all usually seem to have cinnamon scent or some sort of spice scent to it, and I am not a fan of them.

The scent I found that is perfect for me is...

Vanilla Snowflake !

It smells so warm and lovely!
I am so glad that I found this scent because I am absolutely in love with it!
I didn't know I was going to love this candle as much as I do, so I am regretting that I only bought one of it.

I also bought this very wintery looking candle sleeve. I think this sleeve makes the candle burning more fun !

Which scent from Bath & Body Works is your winter favorite? Did you purchase any candle last Friday?

Daily Bits:

  • I filmed my first giveaway video which will be up sometime today. Make sure to go watch my video for a chance to win!
  • Does anyone speak German? Maybe someone can help me study?
  • My Forever21 package arrived today ! I am pretty happy with what I bought. Purchasing clothing online can sometimes be a gamble.

Review: Neutrogena Healthy Skin Foundation

Hi, Guys !

I have been using Neutrongena's Healthy Skin Foundation for a while now and I am in love! It can be bought at any drugstore and Ulta for around $13-15. I use it in color Nude.

Buy it here: http://www.ulta.com/ulta/browse/productDetail.jsp?productId=xlsImpprod1060460

It provides a medium to full coverage. It goes on very smooth and does a perfect job in smoothing out my face. It has a dewy finish.

The only bad things I have to say about this product is that it doesn't have a pump and you definitely have to set it or it would transfer.

I would recommend this to any skin type.

Review: NYC Liquid Eyeliner

Hi, guys !
It's been pouring like crazy the whole day and only stopped raining maybe an hour or two ago. I think it's supposed to rain tomorrow as well so I am not happy about that. How has the weather been where you guys live?

Anyway, on to the review..

I wanted to try the NYC Liquid Eyeliner, because I heard so many people raving about it and I wanted to see what the hype was all about. I also heard that it is better than The Balm's Schwing eyeliner and since that is my favorite eyeliner, I was curious about it.I bought mine at CVS for a little above $3.00. You can buy this product at any drugstore that carries NYC products.

It has a brush applicator and is very thin. Liquid brush eyeliners are my favorite type of liners. I am not expert at drawing eyeliners in any mean. I just find that the liquid brush works the best for me. I usually can't deal with felt tip liquid liner, though i want to try the Kat Von D Tattoo liner (a bit weird?).

As you can see, it is very intensely black. I love that it is very dark black. It also doesn't budge once it dries. It also lasts very long time. I did not see any difference at the end of my work day. I work 12 hour shift so I was probably wearing this liner for about 14 hours before taking it off.

Overall, I feel like you can't beat this eyeliner. I mean, it is very opaque, long lasting and best of all it's only $3. I think everyone should at least give this eyeliner a try. And if you are thinking about getting this product, I say go for it !

Product mentioned:
NYC Liquid Eyeliner
The Balm Schwing Eyeliner

First Impression: KISS InstantWave Automatic Curl

Hi, guys !
Can you believe that is already December?
I can't believe how fast November flew by!
And December always goes by so fast !
I can't believe we only have one month of 2014 left!
2015 is coming soon, like real soon !
I am thinking of going to the ball drop at Time Square on New Year's Eve, though I am not sure if I will actually go. Any  plan for New Year's Eve?

I filmed my first impression video on KISS InstantWave Automatic Curl. It was such a fail experience because I did not really understand how to use it. It was a frustrating experience for me. Also, for some reason, it smelled like the plastic was burning. However, it takes me a long time to learn how to use a new product.

It is sold for $59.99 at Target and Ulta.
